  • Finance multiple properties under one loan

  • No DTI, W-2s, or paystubs required

  • Buydown options for no prepay penalty

  • 640 minimum FICO

  • Zero point options available

  • Pricing discounts for experienced Investors

CONSTRUCTION LOANS

  • $200k – $5MM

  • Financed full-term interest reserves

  • Up to 85% LTC including interest reserve

  • 12, 18 and 24-month terms, interest-only

  • No interest charged on undrawn funds

  • 680 minimum FICO
